Colordle unlimited
Unlimited mode draws another name from the daily pool. It does not change the streak on the dated puzzle.
Colordle unlimited, sometimes searched as Colordle infinite, is the same percent scoring without the once-a-day lock. Each round picks a name from the pool used after the 1,016-day schedule. “New color” replaces it. Refreshing the tab keeps the current practice color for that browser session.
What stays on the daily board
The dated puzzle on the homepage keeps its own guesses, streak, and list of names you have tried. Practice rounds write to session storage only. Losing or winning here does not reset day streak.
Same scoring
A guess still has to be a real color name. The percent is still the absolute value of 100 minus CIEDE2000 distance. An exact hex match ends the round. Neighboring names are listed by the solver, and the names the picker can draw are on the color list.
If you want the dated color instead of a practice draw, the day number is on Colordle today and the name is on answer today.
